Yes, you ARE the Best in Boulder. Since your people came to my home about 2 years ago to install a wall furnace (and do some extra work) and up to last week when Jim came to solve a problem with my thermostat, I have been very very satisfied with your personnel (from the ladies who answer the phone and just lately Mark and Jim). They are very polite and patient with my questions and I am always impressed that a service call is made the same day.

I would definitely recommend your company and you can be sure that you have a customer for life!!

Dear Tom,

I would like to share my appreciation about one of your employees, Mark W. Five years ago we had a new furnace/air conditioner installed at our home. It has never worked properly off the thermostat (which cost over $150). We called the company multiple times over a period of six months but we were never able to get them to come back out, much less resolve the problems. We picked up a cheap thermostat at the local hardware store and have just run it manually since.

The past year our furnace has had a very strong burning smell when it is turned on. Also, our air conditioner would only run for an hour or so then turn off. My wife worked at a bank in Boulder in the Trust department so she dealt with service agencies routinely for her clients. The philosophy there is simple, "Lowest price is not necessarily cheapest". She has worked with your company several times and said you are not the lowest priced, but your work was good, you stood behind it, and the price was fair.

I wanted to bring to your attention what a fine representative of your company Mark is. He is very courteous and clean with his work, but more important he will take the time to explain what he is doing and how the problems might be prevented from occurring again. Seldom do I feel comfortable with a repairman staying in my house when I am not there, but with Mark I felt fine making a quick errand while he was working. In the fall we will have our furnace checked out by your company and would be happy to have Mark come by again. You should be proud of your company. In this day people skills and honest service are not as common as we would like. Your company seems to still have the old values.
